Thank you cards created to include with online orders.

Thank You Cards

Glazer’s prides itself for providing customers with superior service and expertise from its knowledgable staff. While most of Glazer’s business is done in store, an increasing number of orders are placed online or over the phone. I felt that it was important for our customers to feel the personal touch of Glazer’s even when they were not able to come into the store. Therefore, I created a simple, graphic postcard to thank each customer for their business, encourage feedback, emphasize the store’s branding, and ensure repeat patronage.

Class Schedules

For each of the three sale events Glazer’s hosts every year (Photofest, Anniversary Sale, and Winter Sale), there are always plenty of informative workshops and lectures to attend. I have been in charge of creating clear, attractive signage to post in the store to help customers plan their day and direct them to the location of each event.

Contest Poster

During Photofest, Glazer’s biggest sale of the year, customers are encouraged to visit as many Brand Representatives as they can to talk about their product line and collect stamps for their Photofest Passport. Once they have collected enough stamps, they can enter into a drawing for prizes. I was charged with creating an attention-grabbing poster that detailed each prize bundle available in the giveaway. I kept the text straightforward but added a bit of whimsy with the repeated Photofest Logo stamp pattern around the edge of the poster.

Education Brochure

Glazer’s always has a full schedule of events, workshops, and lectures to encourage the Seattle photography community to connect and learn. In collaboration with Kate Hailey, the events coordinator at Glazer’s, I create a brochure each quarter detailing what events are happening when. Key information such as date, time, cost, and teacher has been included, in a format that informs the customer without overwhelming them with information.

Labels created for envelopes to be used when taking in memory cards, hard drives, etc. for Data Recovery Services. Prior to this, media was placed into a blank windowed envelope.

Data Recovery Envelopes

Up until recently, if you requested a data recovery from a memory card or hard drive at Glazer’s, your details would be scribbled down onto a blank, windowed envelope, and your media tossed inside. This method did not inspire much customer confidence in the service, and oftentimes pertinent information would not be written down on the envelope by the staff member who took in the media. On the request of Devin Belmain, Glazer’s data recovery specialist, I created a label for manilla envelopes that prompt whomever is taking in the media to collect all necessary information. This new packaging not only looks more professional, but reduces the amount of confusion and follow up needed to be performed by Devin, making the whole process much more efficient.

Camera Counter Tags

Before and After examples of price tags made for the camera counter. Prior to my redesign, the tags varied in design, had an overwhelming amount of information, and pixelated logos. I created tag templates that adhere to Glazer’s brand standards, are cohesive across brands, include essential information, and sport clean, professional logos.
